The scenario that gets a lead out of an inbox.

A form submission arrives. Every field is trimmed, lower-cased and put into one agreed shape, and the address is checked against a store of people you already have. Junk goes to a Rejected tab with the reason, someone you already have goes to a Repeat tab, and a genuinely new lead is written to your Leads tab and somebody is told.

Ten modules. One router, three branches. One data store, one spreadsheet. The cleaning happens before the duplicate check, which is why the deduplication actually works, and rejected leads are logged rather than deleted so you can see what the filter is catching.

What is in the download

  • The blueprint file, importable straight into Make
  • A five-page setup guide, including a table of the seven failures that actually happen
  • Four annotated diagrams
  • Three CSV templates, one per spreadsheet tab
  • A plain-text licence, single business

What you will need: a Make account (this runs on the free plan), a form or webhook that can POST JSON, a Google Sheet with three tabs, and a Make data store.

What it does not do. It does not follow up or nurture, it does not verify that a mailbox exists, and it does not merge two addresses into one person.

No connections are included; you authorise your own accounts after import. This is a file and its instructions, not a course or a service, and it does not promise you more leads.
