The review ask on its own.

It waits a set period after delivery, builds a link that already knows who the customer is, sends it, and writes down that it did. Nine modules, with the delay held in a spreadsheet queue rather than a timer, because Make's Sleep module stops at five minutes and a three-day wait cannot happen inside a single run. Every setting you are likely to change sits in module 1.

The same file is scenario 4 inside The Nine and The Library.

What is in the download

  • The blueprint file, importable straight into Make
  • A five-page setup guide, with the operations arithmetic for four schedules
  • Four annotated diagrams
  • One CSV template, nine columns with two example rows
  • A plain-text licence, single business

What you will need: a Make account (the free plan is enough on the once or twice daily schedule the guide recommends), somewhere to send people such as Google Forms, Typeform or a review URL that accepts query parameters, a mailbox Make can send from, and a Google Sheet for the queue and the log.

What it does not do. It asks once and does not chase; chasing is a separate scenario in The Nine and above. It cannot post a review to Google or Trustpilot on a customer's behalf, and nothing can.

No connections are included; you authorise your own accounts after import. This is a file and its instructions, not a course or a service, and it does not promise you more reviews.
