Three areas of a business, three scenarios each.

An order gets invoiced, logged and announced. A review gets asked for, captured and chased once. An enquiry gets cleaned, assigned and chased up if nobody touches it. Every file imports on its own and nothing calls anything else, so you can take three and ignore the rest. Nine scenarios, 71 modules, one shared Google Sheet with six tabs.

Three of the nine are the same files sold on their own at EUR 14.97. If you already own one of those, what you are adding here is the other six and a guide that covers all nine together.

What is in the download

  • Nine blueprint files, importable straight into Make
  • A 19-page setup guide, including which three to start with and the operations arithmetic for the free plan
  • Five annotated diagrams
  • Six CSV templates, one per spreadsheet tab
  • A plain-text licence, single business

What you will need: a Make account, one Google Sheet with six tabs, a mailbox Make can send from, four Make data stores (the free plan includes them), Stripe with Invoicing for scenario 1 only, and something that can POST JSON.

What it does not do. It does not connect to a CRM as it ships, and all nine together will not stay inside the free Make plan: four run on a schedule and spend roughly 960 operations a month against an allowance of 1,000. The guide shows which subsets stay free.

No connections are included; you authorise your own accounts after import. This is a set of files and their instructions, not a course or a service, and it does not promise you more orders, reviews or leads.
